As a competitor and former state ranked tennis player, Katie brings a determined passion to each transaction. This passion drives Katie to treat each client like a dear friend, and her commitment to them is evident in the relationships she forms with her clients.
Married to a designer, and living in Briargrove, Katie has first-hand knowledge of new construction homes and vintage remodels. She is able to give great insight and advice on small to large changes that could help turn a house into a home.
Katie graduated with a Community Health degree from Texas A&M University. She also has experience in sales and marketing before joining the real estate profession. Katie and Adam are CrossFit enthusiasts, active at Grace Bible Church in the Heights, and most importantly, big fans of their three girls, Emma Kate, Maylee, and Hattie.
Susan practices residential real estate in her native city of Houston. Her areas of specialty include: Inner Loop, West U, Memorial Park area, Montrose, Galleria, Briargrove, Briarmeadow, and the Medical Center.
With a retail background, Susan offers her clients attention and dedication. Susan is passionate in helping people fulfill their search in finding a home. Susan is a graduate of Lamar High School & the University of Texas at Austin. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, contributing to organizations such as The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research, and spending time with her husband Charlie, son Andrew and two daughters, Ruby and Nola.
Committed to her clients, Casey Charles has found a passion in real estate. After a 10 year career in Finance in Houston, Casey chose to switch gears and apply her knowledge and skills in a more people oriented way.
Casey graduated with a degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. She and her husband, Kyle, currently reside in Briargrove. When she is not working, she can be found out and about in Houston with her two children.
Casey is involved in her community. She serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for local Houston charity - Youth Hope Association. She also volunteers at The Oaks at Briargrove and St. Martin's Episcopal Preschool.
